• These Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the Stimul8 Referral Program (“Program”) and form part of Stimul8’s standard Terms & Conditions (Effective 21 Mar 2025).
• To participate as a Referrer, you must be a registered Stimul8 user in good standing.
• A Referred User must be new to Stimul8 and not previously registered under any email, device, or account.

 

• Referrers receive a unique referral code or link upon becoming eligible.
• You may share your referral code/link via personal messages, email, or social media.
• Prohibited activities include: spamming, mass unsolicited outreach, or the use of bots or automated systems.

• A Qualified Referral occurs when a Referred User signs up using your referral code or link.

• Reward details:
  Both Referrer and the Referred User can earn up to $4 in app credit by completing the following four referral milestones: 
• Invite a Family Member or Friend
• Create or Suggest a Task 
• Complete or Approve a Task 
• Refer another Family Member or Friend

• Rewards are credited once per qualified referral.
  Note: 
• Adult (Parent) accounts receive rewards as dollars, credited to their Family Balance.
• Kid accounts receive the equivalent value in Stimul8 Points.
• Tax obligations related to any rewards earned remain the responsibility of the participant.

Participants must not:

• Refer themselves or create fake, duplicated or fraudulent accounts.
• Misrepresent Stimul8, its services, or the reward amounts.
• Engage in spamming or violate applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or local data protection laws.

The Referrer agrees to take full responsibility for any violations of these terms and will protect Stimul8 EdTech Limited against any resulting claims, damages, or liabilities.

Stimul8 reserves the right to:

• Verify all referrals and disqualify any that are suspected to be fraudulent, spam-based, or in violation of these terms.
• Withhold or revoke rewards if any participant is found to have breached the referral program rules or misused the system.
• Require that any discrepancy claims (i.e. missing or incorrect rewards) be submitted within 30 days of the referral activity, along with supporting documentation or evidence.
