• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using Stimul8, including parents, children, and educators.

• "Parent" refers to an adult user managing tasks and rewards for a child.

• "Points" refer to virtual incentives earned by children for completing tasks and redeemable for rewards.

• "Rewards" refer to in-app incentives or third-party gift cards provided through trusted partners.

• Parents must be 18 years or older to create an account.

• Children under 13 must use the app under parental supervision.

• Teachers & Schools may access Stimul8 through institutional accounts as outlined in our Service Agreement. (Coming soon)

• Pricing: Stimul8 offers a subscription-based model at €14.90/month per family.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

• Payment Processing: Stimul8 processes payments through third-party providers, ensuring security and compliance.

• Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for in-app customizations and third-party rewards via trusted partners.

• Third-Party Gift Cards: Stimul8 does not directly sell or issue gift cards. All transactions are fulfilled by external vendors.

• Expiration Policy: Points may expire if an account remains inactive for 12 months.

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, such as artificially completing tasks for points.

• Misuse reward systems or attempt to exploit app functionalities.

• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

• Stimul8 is not liable for service interruptions, third-party failures, or unauthorized access due to user negligence.

• No Guarantees on Rewards: Availability of gift cards and third-party rewards is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.

• Compliance with App Store Policies: Users acknowledge that in-app purchases and digital content are subject to platform-specific policies.

• Stimul8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Users may request account deletion via info@stimul8.app, subject to a three-day processing period.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts, with arbitration as the preferred resolution method.

Stimul8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
